we told on the date of arrival that we can’t pick up the car as the rental car company closes at 8pm. Our flight arrives at 7:25pm. we had to pay extra overtime fee of $5000 to arrange airport pick up and rental car company overtime cost. the platform did not state that we are not able to pick up the car in the date of arrival. Also it is not pleasant to be informed on the date of arrival that we will be charged overtime fee unless we pick up the car on the next date. We are not staying in Naha need to drive an hour to Onna. So we are forced to pay the overtime cost.

Because it takes at least an hour for an international route to come out. So you won't be able to make it to the closing time of 20 o'clock. Your company needs to give customer awareness in large letters that they are paying in a denomination that is other than the country they’re at. You’re the only company that deceived me in my many purchases. I’m not even offered any compensation for this misunderstanding. In time I will make my complaints and make people aware of your deception
