這次租車超級滿意，取車很方便，店家會加LINE聯繫，用中文溝通也ok，到了那霸機場按照指示找到接駁車，到店家櫃台接待人員都是說中文的，很順利取車，車子很乾淨很新，還車那天店家主動問需不需要協助帶我們去下一站，我們不是去機場是要去國際通的飯店入住，所以他們帶我們一家2大3小去圳進的電車站，很感恩，整體下來超滿意。下次還會選Gogoout找Hello Rent A Car.

我是租用HELLO租車的YARIS5天，車況極佳，也有中文解說員服務說明，第2天車子停在停車場停車格中，竟然遇到被撞意外，通知我回到現場查看並提供證件給警察人員處理。後續繼續完成旅行。

For a first time user, I’ll say this is a very pleasant experience with your company, the ground staffs are nice, spoke good English, and nice to have Mandarin speakers as well. The only constructive feedback is the location, it’s kind of difficult for those who’re not familiar with the neighborhood to navigate as it’s kind of hiding in the alleyway. Overall I’ll still give a five stars for your Okinawa team! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
