we told on the date of arrival that we can’t pick up the car as the rental car company closes at 8pm. Our flight arrives at 7:25pm. we had to pay extra overtime fee of $5000 to arrange airport pick up and rental car company overtime cost. the platform did not state that we are not able to pick up the car in the date of arrival. Also it is not pleasant to be informed on the date of arrival that we will be charged overtime fee unless we pick up the car on the next date. We are not staying in Naha need to drive an hour to Onna. So we are forced to pay the overtime cost.

Hello, the website should clearly state that the store's operating hours are from 9am to 20pm. Your flight's arrival time is 19:25. Because it takes at least an hour for an international route to come out. So you won't be able to make it to the closing time of 20 o'clock. Also, our shuttle bus is only available until 19:30 at the latest, and we arranged for the shuttle bus to pick you up at the airport that day. Additionally, you paid a late night fee of 5000 Japanese yen. This fee is for the staff who will stay to receive you in the evening. I hope you can understand.
